The confirmation email does not contain the final private door code. That is intentional. The code is issued after the viewing and payment have taken place, not simply because dates have been reserved.

Why the code is not sent before payment

A door code provides independent access, so it is shared only once the arrival process is complete. More importantly, this approach supports the central promise of the stay: no payment is taken in advance.

For many international travellers, booking accommodation in a country they have not visited before can involve a basic concern: will the place match the information provided? Here, you do not have to make that decision from another country, on a small screen, weeks before your arrival.

You can enter, look around carefully, and assess the details that matter to your trip. Check the kitchen if you plan to cook. See whether the workspace suits a few remote-working mornings. Open the balcony door and feel the air. Look at the sleeping arrangement for your couple, family, or small group. Test the practical feeling of the place, not just its appearance in photographs.

The apartment is a fully equipped 55.8 m² home for one to four people, with a kitchen, laundry facilities, climate control, workspace, and reliable internet. Those details are useful before booking, but seeing them in person is different. You are free to approve the apartment only when you are standing inside it.

If it meets your expectations, payment is made and the private code is sent. From that point, you can come and go independently throughout the stay.

What happens on arrival

Your arrival instructions explain the agreed process and where to go. Keep the confirmation email available on your phone, particularly if you are travelling from Tirana, the coast, Berat, Lake Ohrid, or another part of Albania and expect to arrive later than planned.

If paying in person is not practical, cash payment at a bank branch can be arranged as an alternative. Bank branches accept cash for this purpose, not bank cards. A card cannot be used at the branch as a substitute for cash.
