Premium Accommodation with Services

A fully equipped private apartment in Elbasan — built for people who know what they want

Premium apartment Elbasan Albania

Everything you need is already here. Just show up.

The apartment is fully equipped for stays of 1–4 people, and comfortably functional up to 6. We have three double beds — one in the bedroom and two in the living area — making it suitable even for two couples. We don't recommend groups larger than four, as the third bed is a space-saving solution that reduces the apartment's functionality when in use.

Your Space, Your Time

The apartment is entirely yours for the full duration of your stay. No reception, no cleaning staff walking in unannounced, no other guests on the same floor. You have the key code — or the Yale app if you prefer — and you come and go as you please. We prepare the apartment before you arrive and leave you to it.

If something needs sorting, we are reachable. We do not hover. Albanian hospitality works differently — you are trusted as a guest, not monitored as a customer.

Kitchen & Drinks

The kitchen is designed for real cooking. Something quick in the microwave, slower in the oven, on the hob, or grilled out on the balcony — the kitchen covers all of it. Marttiini Professional knives, a blender and shaker for those who enjoy mixing drinks. When you are done, the dishwasher handles the rest. The city's bars and restaurants are a short walk away if you prefer to eat out.

The nearest large supermarkets are Big Market (350 m) and Albmarket. Albanian shops stay open late and carry a reasonable selection.

Kitchen supplies, grill gas, and cleaning products are all included in the price. Salt, pepper, coffee, and tea are stocked as standard. If something basic is missing — a spice you need, a cleaning product that has run out — let us know and we will sort it quickly. This does not cover grocery or alcohol orders, which are a separate service, but for everyday essentials we will not leave you without.

Additional Services

Additional services are there if you want them — not required. Day trips with a private driver, fully customizable on your own schedule. If you arrive late, groceries and alcohol can be arranged in advance. Everything at your own pace.

Cleaning

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. If you want an additional clean during your stay, it is available as an additional service at our standard rate.

House Rules

Smoking on the balcony only. No pets. The apartment has been furnished and equipped with allergy awareness in mind — natural materials where possible, no medical guarantee, but it was a deliberate choice. Quiet hours after 22:00. No parties. These rules exist because the apartment is taken seriously, not because guests are assumed to be a problem.

Elbasan Apartment vs. Other Local Rentals

How does this apartment compare to typical rentals in Elbasan — whether found on Booking.com or through local agents?

Equipment level
✅ Dishwasher, gas grill, underfloor heating, Daikin heat pumps — temperature and humidity monitored and remotely controlled year-round
⬜ Others: Basic kitchen, AC often underpowered or out of order
Work from apartment
✅ Windows PC, printer, 80 Mbps wired LAN
⬜ Others: Basic Wi-Fi only, rarely a dedicated workspace
Price (per week)
✅ 372€ + city tax. No platform fees.
⬜ Others: 250–350€, but services limited
Location
✅ 900 m from centre, near future motorsport circuit
⬜ Others: Often central or on the Boulevard
Additional services
✅ Day trips with private driver, airport transfer, grocery delivery
⬜ Others: Accommodation only — no additional services typically offered
⚠️ 4th floor, no elevator
⬜ Others: Newer buildings typically have an elevator

The apartment costs more than a basic rental in Elbasan. It is also significantly better equipped. That is not a coincidence. It was renovated without compromise and it is maintained the same way. If the list above matters to you, the price is right. If it does not, there are other options in the city.

What Premium Means Here

Premium does not mean gold taps and a concierge. It means that the apartment works. The two Daikin Perfera heat pumps are sized correctly for the space — they cool it in summer and heat it in winter without struggling. The hot water is reliable. The internet connection is 80 Mbps wired in the bedroom, Wi-Fi throughout. The bed in the bedroom is 180×200 cm. The kitchen has a full set of appliances including a dishwasher. The bathroom has underfloor heating. These are not things to boast about — they are things that should be standard and often are not.

Albania has a lot of accommodation that looks fine in photos and disappoints in person. Wiring that does not quite work, AC that overheats, kitchens with one pan and a blunt knife. This apartment was photographed as it is. The description is accurate. You pay after you have seen it — so the risk of being disappointed is entirely on our side, not yours.

Direct Booking Only

No Booking.com. No Airbnb. The price on the homepage is the price you pay — nothing added at checkout. No platform commission built into the rate. No automated system sending you templated messages. When you book, you are in contact with the people behind the apartment. If something needs sorting before or during your stay, you reach a person, not a ticket queue.

Direct booking also means the apartment is not managed by volume logic. It is not listed on five platforms and turned over as fast as possible. One apartment, a limited number of guests per year, each stay handled properly.

The First Evening

You arrive late. The apartment is ready. The fridge has cold beer in it — ordered in advance as part of the grocery service. There is something to throw on the gas grill. You make a couple of drinks with the blender, carry them out to the balcony, and sit down. The mountains are in front of you. No neighbours opposite, no concrete wall. You start talking about tomorrow — where to go, what to see. The old Windows computer on the desk in the bedroom is useful for that. Slow, but it works, and it has a printer if you need a map or a boarding pass. You decide on a day trip and fall asleep with a plan.

The Fourth Floor

There is no elevator. Four flights of stairs. This is worth knowing in advance. If stairs are a problem, this apartment is not the right choice. If they are not, the fourth floor means less street noise than the floors below. The balcony rewards the climb — you are high enough to see further, and the mountain view opens up in a way it simply does not from the floors below.

Pricing

No platform fees. No resort markup. You pay for what the apartment actually is.
